“Barrack O’Karma – 金宵大廈” is about Joel Chan (陳山聰) and Selena Lee (李施嬅), is set in an old apartment building that has a mysterious and supernatural aura. The story follows the supernatural journeys of 10 residents, including the mysterious disappearance of a single mother’s son, the strange movements of a bookstore owner, an otaku who stalks his neighbor, and the mysterious appearance of a young wife who pushes a sealed-up baby carriage.

萧伟明（陈山聪饰）来到残旧且品流复杂的金宵大厦当看更，遇上这里的空姐住客Alex（李施嬅饰）容貌竟与梦中一直缠绕自己的旗袍女子相同！阿萧接近Alex，了解更多彼此的关联。其间金宵大厦怪事不断，不停上演着其他住客的人生及奇幻故事；阿萧更发现Alex竟是一个残影！六十年代金宵舞厅的舞女COCO（李施嬅分饰），梦见自己未来当了空姐，恋上与梦中男子外貌相同的警察刘旭辉（陈山聪分饰），奇梦还被书店主人林若思（张彦博饰）写成小说。阿萧一路追查，意外发现这本旧小说，惊悉自己与Alex有一段扑朔迷离的宿世情缘.
